Throughout his career, Noah Marshall’s passion has been delivering exceptional creative work that connects deeply with diverse audiences. Whether through leadership, storytelling, or collaboration, he has consistently transformed strategic visions into impactful, resonant work. His approach to creative direction is grounded in pushing boundaries and inspiring teams to achieve their best, ensuring that every project not only meets client goals but also leaves a lasting impression on its audience.

Raised in a production company family, Marshall spent much of his adolescence working as a PA. Before long, he moved into the agency world, becoming an award-winning art director at Colenso BBDO and FCB. Here he found himself directing campaigns that he had developed as a creative. He cobbled together a reel from his agency work and went out into the world as an independent director.

Noah’s directorial career built through a multi-year relationship with global production company ‘The Sweetshop’ and US representation by ‘Prettybird’, director Marc Forster’s ‘Rakish’ before recently joining Rhea Scott’s ‘Little Minx’. In 2021, he co-founded the award-winning Australasian film production company ‘Larchmont’ with Ngaio McCreadie, In early 2025, Marshall joined Australasian powerhouse ‘Exit Films’ with producer Luke Kneller.

Marshall is a globe-trotting director who has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, His work has taken him across every continent and earned him recognition at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, The Clios, AICP, and beyond. Over the years, he has worked with a wide range of creative talent in front of the camera—from Gwen Stefani to Willem Dafoe, Odell Beckham Jr. to The Gronk.

Renowned for his creative versatility, Marshall is equally adept at chasing a laugh in a comedy spot, running and gunning a high-end car shoot as a director and DP, and crafting polished, emotionally resonant narratives.
